Bavari markets your rental property with a tailored plan focused on pricing, promotion and publicity to attract the right tenant at the ideal rent.

Every property we market and manage is assessed by one of our licensed property managers. Our managers evaluate the local rental market, neighbourhood, competition, and more to ensure your properties are rented at the best price.

Great photography is essential when marketing your property. We provide professionally produced images at no cost to you so your investment is always looking it’s best. Your property will then be listed on a number of key rental websites that interested tenants regularly visit.
We employ a third-party credit check agency ensuring applicants meet the financial requirements to rent your property.
We require all applicants to provide income verification as part of our vetting process to secure your rental income.
A licensed Bavari property manager will conduct an in-person interview with potential applicants.
We’ll contact the potential tenant’s employer to verify their employment, as well as interview their most recent landlords.
24-hour access to your personal online account, complete with real-time financial statements, bills, invoices, maintenance requests, and communications related to your real estate investment.
All rental income is maintained by Bavari and held in a third-party trust account at TD Canada Trust. We facilitate payments for your property-related expenses and deposit the net rental income directly to your bank account.
Your Bavari manager will perform a minimum of two inspections a year per rental unit to ensure the security and condition of your investment. After each inspection, you will receive a detailed report and photos through your personal online account.
When your tenants call, we’ll answer. Our dedicated team is standing by twenty-four hours a day to quickly react to any issue that may arise. Your tenants can request a repair or report an issue by phone or through their online portal, and you’ll be notified when they do.
Our experienced team of licensed and insured tradespeople have you covered. We’ll take care of repairs and maintenance of the property in a timely manner with cost efficiency and quality assured.
Managing trades and service people is included in your Property Management Service. Bavari does not charge any surcharges or fees, nor do we receive any commissions or incentives from services provided to your tenants and properties.
You’ll never be surprised by a deduction from your account in excess of your chosen limit. All expenses associated with your account are tracked and approved before work is commenced.
We appreciate that you are entrusting us with your important investment. All work orders above your agreed upon cost threshold will be approved by you before they are carried out. If you receive a deduction for work completed and we don’t have a record of your approval, you don’t pay.
Access to statements, contributions and draws, and specific transactions made on behalf of the property. Balance sheets, income statements, and a number of other financial reports are available from any device.
