Mr. Clarke has extensive experience in real estate investment management, including the identification and analysis of acquisition opportunities, asset and portfolio management, valuation, financing, development, and disposition of properties. Over the last three decades, Bruce has been involved in a multitude of significant real estate transactions including property sales, mortgage financing, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked with several real estate investment trusts providing strategic advice and raising debt and equity. Mr. Clarke holds a BSc Economics degree from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Business Administration from the Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Ms. Hewitt brings over twenty years of experience in real estate investment and end-to-end property management. Allison is responsible for overseeing our clients’ real estate investments ensuring they are professionally managed and secured, as well as selecting the right properties for tenants and managing all aspects of logistics and property related services. Her sharp business acumen and accounting proficiency, combined with her expertise in residential and commercial real estate management allows her to offer insights that benefit both owners and tenants. Allison’s legal experience and comprehensive knowledge of real estate legislation, the Condominium Act and the Residential Tenancy Act makes her an invaluable member of the Bavari team offering. Allison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is an active member of multiple real estate associations.

Ms. Mildred has extensive experience in marketing, communication and business development, with a consistent record of delivering exceptional results in business growth, account relationships and profitability. Karen is responsible for identifying and supporting corporate clients with business accommodation and relocation requirements. Her unrivalled reputation and excellent interpersonal skills play a central part in her ability to establish and maintain strong, successful and mutually respectful relationships. Karen has a Master of Communication Management from McMaster University and has completed a post graduate program in Real Property Administration at Seneca College.

Mr. Chandra brings nearly a decade of experience in sales, finance and consulting roles with a focus on real estate and logistics. Previously, Arjun oversaw business development efforts for American Express Global Business Travel, as well as managed his own consulting practice working with privately-owned companies. As Director of Business Development, Arjun is leading the growth of Bavari’s real estate management and corporate housing offerings. He is responsible for identifying and securing new clients, launching strategic marketing initiatives, as well as spearheading the opening of new business opportunities both locally and nationally. Mr. Chandra holds an Honors Degree in Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
