Our team deep cleans your residence to immaculate standards, ensures all your appliances are in working order, and even installs new batteries in your devices and fresh filters in your furnace. Transparent Reporting & MANAGEMENT
It’s your home. You’re in control. While abroad you’ll have complete insight over every aspect of your residence, from earnings and expenses to tenancy scheduling.
Scheduling Move-ins and Move-outs

Through our online portal, move-in and move-out dates can be
selected with a one-month lead time to ensure our backend logistics
are thoroughly managed in accordance with your needs and timelines.
You will have the ability to schedule your return and departure as you
please through the portal. The online portal will also include details on
your inventoried possessions being shipped or stored, as well as
shipment tracking and storage facility details. 

Income Transparency and Cost Structure

Our online portal gives you 24-hour access to income details, billing, financial statements, maintenance requests, and communications related to your home. Bavari reconciles all rental income and property expenses and deposits it in a third-party trust account at TD Canada Trust Bank.

You have the ability to track income generated by your property on a daily basis, as well as pending or completed maintenance requests. This is your home, we make sure you know exactly what’s happening!
